The afternoon of Sunday 22nd February at BMYS featured Music by the Water with Rooted in Rock, a local six-piece band returning to BMYS by popular demand.
All had a fun and relaxing afternoon.
There was a lot of singing along to the classic hits we all know from across the decades. Over 100 people attended, keeping the Kitchen busy with Meals and of course, the best Cheese Platters to enjoy. Even better was the event was a free event for all brought to you by the Social Committee. The Rooted in Rock band was headed by our own Boating Committee member Brendan O’Donoghue. The rain was only slight, so all festivities were held inside. Feedback suggests they will be invited back.!!!
