Events Cocktail

The Upper level at Beaumaris Motor Yacht Squadron is an ideal function space for cocktail groups 100-300 and everywhere in between. The room itself has a large dance floor and fully stocked bar, as well as the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, both highlighting the best feature being the uninterrupted, panoramic bayside views.



Please feel very welcome to examine the full cocktail menu range we have to offer.  As a demonstration, this sample description will offer a clear example of the most commonly requested format.  Our dedicated Function team will be very willing to tailor the event to your specific requirements for an event to remember.

4.5 Hour Cocktail Party

(7.30pm until 12.00am)

Our most requested Cocktail format is the two-hour service, with 6 selected canapés to circulate, accompanied with a substantial individual item as well.  The food would begin to circulate once the numbers arriving increase.

2hr Canapé service

$32.00 per person – (7.45pm – 9.45pm)

Sample menu format:

  • Mini Smoked Salmon Bagels with crème fraiche
  •  Bruschetta with mushrooms, parmesan, rocket & Balsamic syrup (v)
  • Caramelised onion & leek tartlets with Goat’s cheese & bell pepper mayonnaise
  • Tempura fried chicken pieces with soy & pickled ginger
  • Pulled pork Brioche sliders with Asian slaw & Harissa mayonnaise
  • Crumbed Arancini with Buffalo Mozzarella & garlic Aioli (v)

Plus – Substantial Item:  Beer battered fish, with seasoned chips & house-made tartare

4hr Beverage package*

$48.00 per person – (7.30pm – 11.30pm)

Beverages to include:

Carlton Draught and Cascade Premium Light on tap

Coca-Cola varieties, as well as orange juice and mineral water

Secret Garden Wine Range – Sparkling, Chardonnay, Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc,

Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, or Cabernet Sauvignon

*If a package is not the preferred option, beverages can be charged upon consumption, or a cash bar can be offered (if the event best suits for the guests to purchase drinks).  Room Hire is waived once the minimum $2000 bar-spend for the event has been met, otherwise, the difference would be applied as a room hire fee.
